全国卫生产业企业管理协会卫生产业数智化分会系全国卫生产业企业管理协会直属分支机构，于2026年5月15日正式成立。 全国卫生产业企业管理协会卫生产业数智化分会以“赋能数智转型、共建健康生态”为工作理念，团结卫生产业数智化相关企事业单位、科研机构及专家学者，推动技术创新、资源整合与应用落地，助力卫生健康行业高质量发展。
分会目标：搭建协同平台，构建政府、医疗机构、科技企业、科研院所等多方参与的交流合作机制，促进资源互补与协同创新，规范行业发展，参与制定卫生产业数字化标准规范，引导数据安全合规使用，推动行业有序竞争，赋能数智转型。卫生产业数智化分会致力成为“全国统一大市场”中卫生产业数智化领域的“关键连接器”与“生态赋能平台”。
业务范围：政策研究与社团标准制定、平台搭建与资源对接、技术推广与场景赋能、行业交流与人才培养、国际合作与经验借鉴、咨询服务与行业自律等多个方面，具体包括贯彻推广国家产业政策，开展行业调研，参与制定医疗数据共享、智能应用评价、数据安全合规等行业标准与规范，建设卫生产业数字化协同平台，促进医疗机构与科技企业的技术合作、项目对接及成果转化，推广 AI 辅助诊疗、远程医疗、慢病智能管理等成熟应用，重点支持基层医疗机构数字化升级，举办学术会议、技术沙龙、案例观摩等活动，开展数字化技能培训，搭建人才交流平台，引进前沿技术与模式，为会员单位提供政策咨询、合规指导，建立行业自律机制，规范市场行为。

The Health Industry Digitalization Branch of the National Association of Health Industry and Enterprise Management is a directly affiliated branch of the National Association of Health Industry and Enterprise Management, officially established on May 15, 2026.
Guided by the working philosophy of "Empowering Digital Intelligence Transformation, Building a Healthy Ecosystem Together," the Branch unites enterprises and institutions, research organizations, as well as scientific researchers and experts engaged in the field of health industry digitalization, promoting technological innovation, resource integration and application implementation, and contributing to the high-quality development of the health and healthcare sector.
Branch Objectives: To build a collaborative platform and establish an exchange and cooperation mechanism involving the government, medical institutions, technology enterprises, research institutes and other stakeholders, to promote resource complementarity and collaborative innovation, regulate industry development, participate in the formulation of digital standards for the health industry, guide the compliant use of data security, promote orderly competition in the industry, and empower digital intelligence transformation. The Health Industry Digitalization Branch is committed to becoming a "key connector" and "ecosystem empowerment platform" in the field of health industry digitalization within the "national unified large market."
Business Scope: The Branch covers policy research and social organization standard setting, platform building and resource matching, technology promotion and scenario empowerment, industry exchange and talent cultivation, international cooperation and experience learning, consulting services and industry self-discipline, and other aspects. Specific activities include: implementing and promoting national industrial policies, conducting industry research, participating in the formulation of industry standards and specifications such as medical data sharing, intelligent application evaluation, and data security compliance, building a collaborative platform for health industry digitalization, promoting technology cooperation, project matching and achievement transformation between medical institutions and technology enterprises, promoting the application of mature technologies such as AI-assisted diagnosis and treatment, telemedicine, and intelligent chronic disease management, with key support for the digital upgrading of primary medical institutions, organizing academic conferences, technology salons, case observation activities, conducting digital skills training, building talent exchange platforms, introducing cutting-edge technologies and models, providing policy consulting and compliance guidance for member units, establishing industry self-discipline mechanisms, and regulating market behavior.
